Admission Procedure

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
a. The applicant shall take the printout from the website either collect the Admission Form from the college office.
b. Along with the admission form, the candidate should carry the following documents in original with two sets of self-attested photocopies:
Important Document-
- Previous Class Mark sheet + 10th & 12th.
- Aadhar Card.
- Blood Group.
- Income Certificate.
- Caste Certificate.
- Samagra ID.
- Passport size Photo 5.
- If Students have gap then submit an affidavit Certificate.
- Character Certificate (recent).
- SC/ST/PwD/CW/KM Certificate (in the name of the candidate) issued by the competent authority.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (in the name of the Candidate only) issued by competent authority. If the OBC certificate is issued before 1st April 2017, then the Income Certificate from the competent
authority OR Form 16 of AY 2017-18 must be presented. - Transfer Certificate from school / college as well as Migration Certificate from Board / University are required from those students who have passed senior secondary exam from outside of Madhya Pradesh.
c. The college will retain the certificates of approved candidate in order to avoid multiple admissions. The certificates will remain with the college during the admission process.
d. After this, the college will approve the admission on the UG/PG Admission Portal after the verification of all the documents.
The applicant will then be required to login to the UG/PG Admission Portal to make the Admission Fee
payment in college office.
No facility will be provided by the college in online fee payment.
e. The colleges shall promptly return the documents in case student withdraws/cancels the admission or student wishes to appear in counseling of any other university/ institute.
f. It may be noted that the admission of an applicant in a college is completed only after the payment of the Admission Fee on the UG/PG Admission Portal within the prescribed time-limit.
